I am on a mission to support people on their journey of self-discovery and healing.  After years of education and individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, I decided to start a community of learning, connection, and healing. 

I’ve lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma for much of my life, but love to travel to meet new people and learn new ways of living and being. India, Nepal, Tibet, China, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Peru are places I’ve spent a significant amount of time. I love flowers, gardens, and growing my own food. In my free time you’ll find me hiking, camping, or sitting at a coffee shop with a good book and tea.

I am here to help you gain insight into your own unique wisdom, power and creative potential.


My approach is different with each client. Treatment modalities I use include: Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Experiencing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Mindfulness is often incorporated into the work we do together. I also offer Eco-therapy.
