My Approach

I believe Love is the most powerful force in the world. When we re-discover that our true nature is love, and remember how to express it toward ourselves and others, we find healing.

I want to help you remember your true being, your true goodness and wholeness.  I want to help you create patterns of thinking, speaking, and acting that are in alignment with your values.  I want to help you set meaningful goals and find the tools needed to accomplish them.  I am here to listen, to reflect, to encourage, to guide, and to hold your hand as you work through whatever struggles you are faced with. I am here to see the light in you and to help you see it too, and not only see it but learn how to release anything that is preventing that light from shining to its full potential. I am not here to judge you, but to help you clarify your values and learn how to live from them.

You are innately good. This is foundational to my approach.

My approach is different with each client. Treatment modalities I use include: Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Experiencing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Mindfulness is often incorporated into the work we do together. I also offer Eco-therapy.
Typical presenting issues include: anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, life transitions/adjustment, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and eating disorders.



In our sessions together, we will identify your goals, examine obstacles, and create an action plan to bring positive change in your life. I help you to develop daily practices that form positive habits and learn techniques and skills for optimization of your potential. I offer coaching for both individuals and couples.
